Holiday Return Policy
Any gift orders placed from November 1st, through the holiday season can be returned until January 15th.

General Returns Information
It’s easy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will replace or refund your purchase.

Please note:
All items must be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.

  • Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return, exchange or credit.
  • We offer free returns on all orders. Simply use the prepaid label that was included in your original shipment. We reserve the right to end this offer at any time and without notice.
  • Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
  • We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
  • Alternative is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.
  • Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustments
Promotional Markdowns
Promotions and other special offers occur all the time and are temporary. Items purchased with a promotional discount or through any form of promotional offer are not eligible for price adjustments under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.

We Make Mistakes Sometimes

If we’ve sent you the wrong or damaged item please make contact immediately through e-mail at or call us at 707-861-0537 and one of our representative will make it right.

Steps to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. You must complete the return form included with your shipment and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
  2. Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
  3. Send us the items in the original package or a different package, as long as it’s unmarked.
  4. Affix our prepaid return label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
  5. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
  6. If you want to ship it yourself, please send it to the address below.

Refund Requests
Once the returned item is received, verified and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately 15 days for processing.

Exchange Requests
Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Allow approximately 15 days for processing.
