General Returns Information
It’s easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
- All items must be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt of your order.
- Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return, exchange or credit.
- Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
- We are not liable for lost return packages without tracking.
- Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price Adjustments and Promotional Markdowns
Promotions and other special offers occur all the time and are temporary. Items purchased with a promotional discount or through any form of promotional offer are not eligible for price adjustments under any circumstances.
EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.
Holiday Return Policy
Any gift orders placed from November 1st, through the holiday season can be returned until January 15th.

If we’ve sent you the wrong or damaged item please make contact immediately through e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 707-861-0537 and one of our representative will make it right.
Steps to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 707-861-0537.
2. If your return or exchange is approved, you will received an email with return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Send us the items in the original package or a different package, as long as it’s unmarked.
4. Affix your return label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
5. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.

Once the returned item is received, verified and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately 15 days for processing.
Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you. In some cases, additional shipping charge may apply.
